Debra lives in a peaceful retirement community near a golf course in St. Augustine, Florida. Her 13-year-old roof had started leaking, especially in the valleys—a common issue we see with aging roofs. On top of that, her solar panels needed to be safely removed and  complete the roof replacement job.

At J&M Roofing, we worked closely with Debra every step of the way. Our roofing and teamed up to carefully remove her solar panels so we could complete a full roof replacement. We took off the worn-out 3-tab shingles and installed a new system designed for long-term performance. We finished the job with IKO Cambridge shingles—built to last and great for Florida homes.

Now, Debra has a solid, leak-free roof that not only protects her home but also improves energy efficiency. We’re grateful she trusted us with her home, and we’re proud to be part of the St. Augustine community. If you’re dealing with roof leaks, damaged shingles, or storm-related roof repair needs, we’re here to help. Contact J&M Roofing for a free inspection and honest advice. We’ve got you covered.
